29 CFR  1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification:  A) 355 High Street, Willimantic, CT, Windham High School construction project: On or about April 5, 2023, employees were using a relocatable power tap to energized multiple pieces of cord and plug equipment. The relocatable power tap was connected to a temporary outlet that was not rated for use on temporary wiring. The relocatable power tap was UL listed for household use only.  B) 355 High Street, Willimantic, CT, Windham High School construction project: On or about April 5, 2023, temporary electrical wiring used in the gymnasium were fastened from one point to the next at approximate intervals of 40 feet. The NEC Article 334 requires that temporary wiring be secured at intervals not to exceed 4.5 feet.
