29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  a) New residential construction located on Lot #40 at 7310 Vale Court, Cumming, GA 30340, Front Roof: On or about 04/04/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities operating these tools at 120 PSI.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) New Construction on Lot #40 at 7310 Vale Court, Cumming, GA 30340, Front Roof: On or about 04/04/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards while working on a 8/12 pitched roof of approximately 11-feet, 8-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while employees were engaged in roofing activities.
