29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  A) On the roof at 2 Lyons Lane Edison, NJ 08820  The employer did not ensure the employees, who are working 10 feet or more above a lower level, are protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Hazards observed on or about April 7, 2023.
