29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) Jobsite located at 901 Quarry St Darby, PA 19023 - On or about April 7, 2023 the employer did not ensure employees were attached by a lanyard to the boom or basket working from a Snorkel TB125 telescopic boom aerial lift. Employees were required to perform masonry siding work from an aerial lift approximately 30 feet from the ground without fall protection, thus exposing employees to fall hazards.
