29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(13):The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:  a) Daytona Street, Lot 7: On or about April 6, 2023, and times prior to the employer exposed employees to fall hazards by allowing employees to use the top of a step ladder as a step. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of 5 feet 8.5 inches to the concrete floor below.
