Such activities were not performed only by experienced and trained employees selected for such work by the competent person.  a)  At West Shore Plaza Mall in and around Suite C39, located at 214 West Shore Plaza, Tampa, FL: On or about 4/7/2023 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that untrained, inexperienced employees erected, moved, and dismantled a Buffalo Corp Baker-Style Scaffold without the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, or dismantling.
