Roof area of the residential job site located at 3155 Garden Brook Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32208: On or about April 7, 2023, the employer exposed employees to eye injuries caused by air-born debris and flying objects, in that eye protection was not utilized by the employees, while tearing off old roof shingles and while installing sheathing using pneumatic nail guns.
