29 CFR  1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems:  a) 6477 Lakeshore Road, Cicero, NY 13039: On or about April 7, 2023, Two employees on a second floor balcony without guardrails were receiving a countertop being hoisted up by a telehandler. The employer failed to ensure employees in a hoist area approximately 8 feet above a lower level were protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems.
