29 CFR  1910.132(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers was not provided, used, and/or maintained.   Located at the employer's worksites including "The Village at Camp Parks", the employer did not ensure personal protective equipment including lower extremity protection such as chain saw chaps were worn when cutting downed tree branches during the winter of 2023. Employees are exposed to a chain saw hazard that can lead to leg lacerations.
