29 CFR  1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables was not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.  On or about April 11, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees were not protected from electrical shock and fire hazards where electrical cord outer sheathing was pulled away in the graphics shop, the graphic machine PS48 flexible/cable was not equipped with strain relief exposing conductors, and did not have fittings or devices installed that would prevent direct pull and abrasion to the wires.
