The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated:  (a)Bertin Flores Solorzano dba Handyman Express at 203 9th Avenue South, Faulkton, SD 57438: On or about and at times prior to April 11, 2023, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were properly anchored/tied off while utilizing the Genie S-40 aerial lift.
