Cross braces shall not be used as a means of access.  Location: Front side of existing residential home @ 3956 Acushnet Ave. New Bedford, MA 02748  On or about 04/13/2023 employees were gaining access to the ladder jack scaffold with one of the ladders in use with the platform.  A separate access ladder was not provided or used.
