29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) New residential construction located on Lot #58 at 728 Whitman Lane, Stockbridge, GA 30281, on roof: On or about 03/27/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employee to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail gun, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities while operating these tools.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  New residential construction located on Lot #58 728 Whitman Lane, Stockbridge, GA; on roof: On or about March 27, 2023, the employer exposed employees to falls hazards of over 20-feet, 5-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities on the roof of the new structure.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  a) New residential construction located on Lot 58 at 728 Whitman Lane, Stockbridge, GA 30281, Second floor: On or about 03/27/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards approximately 10-feet to lower ground level, in that a ladder with extended side rails at least 3-feet past the roof eave was not provided to employees accessing the second floor and ground levels.
