29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer did not prevent employees from working in such proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employees could contact in the course of their work, unless the employees were protected against electric shock by deenergizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means:  On or about 03/31/2023, at a residential construction jobsite located at 1556 Eagle Hill Lane, Cottleville, MO., employees were exposed to an electrical hazard.  Employees were working near an overhead power distribution line rated at 14,400 volts which was uninsulated and did not use any means to deenergize or insulate the circuit.

29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): The employer began work without determining if employees could contact any part of an energized circuit and did not post warning signs and advise employees of the location of the circuit, hazards, and protective measures they need to take:  On or about 03/31/2023, at a residential construction jobsite located at 1556 Eagle Hill Lane, Cottleville, MO., employees were exposed to an electrical hazard.  Employees were working near an overhead power distribution line rated at 14,400 volts which was uninsulated and did not post any visual warning signs to alert employees of a potential electrical hazard.

Employees were working near an overhead power distribution line rated at 14,400 volts which was uninsulated and did not designate an employee to watch the boom as it was being retracted back to the pump truck.
