29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) At 94 LaGrange Street, Newnan, Georgia; On or about April 17, 2023 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform siding activities from a pump jack scaffold without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 21.5 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: a) At 94 LaGrange Street, Newnan, Georgia; On or about April 17, 2023 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform siding activities from a pump jack scaffold without first ensuring his employees were trained on the hazards associated with scaffolds to include but not limited to setting up and inspecting scaffolds and the requirement to use fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 21.5 feet to the ground below.
