A) Manager's Office: An unprotected electrical conductor was coming out of the circuit breaker box. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards. B) Kitchen: Outlet box attached to conduit, powering the large stainless steel freezer: The conductor entering the outlet box was exposed and not covered with conduit.
