On or about April 19th, 2023, emergency exit doors were locked from inside.  b) At the Warehouse  130 Schmitt Boulevard Farmingdale, NY 11735. On or about April 19th, 2023, emergency exit doors were locked from inside.   Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.

On or about April 19th, 2023,  Exit routes were blocked with a ladder.  c) At the Warehouse 130 Schmitt Boulevard, Farmingdale NY 11735. On or about April 19th, 2023, Exit routes were blocked with a pallets containing air conditioner units.
