In the facility at 17 Marguerite Ave:  On or about April 19, 2023 the employer did not post signs at the entrance of the warehouse/inventory room identifying the presence and location of ACM and PACM and work practices to not disturb the ACM and/or PACM contained within the area. Employees access the inventory room to manage and retrieve materials on a daily basis.
