29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work.  Location: 93 Butman Road, Lowell, MA;  On or about 04/21/2023, an employee was allowed to utilize a ladder jack and portable extension ladder to gain access to a bracket scaffold which was within close proximity of exposed live electrical service leading into the residence.
