29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. Employees were exposed to slip, trip and fall hazards as a result the marina docks walking-working surfaces had missing decking boards. Employees have falling into the 10ft. deep water where there is presence of alligators and snakes.

29 CFR 1960.30(a):The agency shall ensure the prompt abatement of unsafe and unhealthful conditions. Where a Notice of an Unsafe or Unhealthful Working Condition has been issued, abatement shall be within the time set forth in the notice, or in accordance with the established abatement plan. Employees were exposed slip, trips and falls due to no lighting being provided during nighttime boathouse operations. Installing adequate safety lighting will allow employees to safely move throughout the Marina boathouse without falling into the water where there is presence of alligators and snakes.
