29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) New residential construction, 6176 Nathaniel Lane, Lot 56, South Fulton, GA 30213, On or about March 29, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that employees were wearing fall protection while performing roofing activities on a residential roof at heights of above 9 feet to lower level while employees were removing and installing roof shingles.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.   a) New residential construction, 6176 Nathaniel Lane, Lot 56, South Fulton, GA 30213; On or about March 29, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards , in that the employer did not ensure that employees operating a Metabo 1-3/4 coil roofing nail gun, wore eye protection. Safety glasses were not provided to employees by the employer, while conducting roofing activities, prior to the beginning of the workday.
