29 CFR  1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) Laundry room area and General Purpose Room: On or about April 25, 2023, the employer exposed employees to burn hazards, in that an emergency eyewash was not available for employees mixing chemicals, such as, but not limited to, Virex II 256.

29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  a) Front Entrance of facility: On or about April 25, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that a fire extinguisher was not provided signage to inform the employees of the location in case of an emergency.   b) Back Entrance of facility: On or about April 25, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that a fire extinguisher was not provided signage to inform the employees of the location in case of an emergency.
