29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee shall be protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.  a)  New residential construction on Lot #26 located at  Malton Way Loganville, GA 30052, On or about April 25, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 14-feet, 6- inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees installing siding from a ladder jack scaffold system.
