1926.503(a)(1)  The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a. a. On a flat commercial roof located at 3537 Spring Park Road in Jacksonville Florida: On or about April 27, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 6 to 11-feet, in that the employer failed to ensure each employee had been provided adequate fall protection training in order to recognize fall hazards and procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards.
