29 CFR  1910.178(m)(2):  No person shall be allowed to stand or pass under the elevated portion of any truck, whether loaded or empty.  a) 1 Havenwood Court, Lakewood, NJ:  Employees were allowed to stand on the forks of forklifts to reach the top of the shelves, in order to collect product to fulfill orders. Occurred on or about 4/27/23.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a) 1 Havenwood Court, Lakewood, NJ: Employees were not provided with training on hazardous chemicals in their work area. Employees ship and receive chemicals such as but not limited to sanitizers and propane. Employees are expected to clean up spilled product in the event of an accidental spill. Observed on or about 4/27/23.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
