29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1):Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: At the temporary jobsite located at 21705 West 80th St. Lenexa, Kansas, employees engaged in window instillation activities were exposed to electrical hazards in that the extension cord providing 220 VAC power from the POWER RUSH GENERAC generator was significantly damaged. The insulation had pulled away from the plug, exposing the conductors.
