Safety of equipment shall be determined on the basis of the following considerations:  a) New residential construction located at 3349 English Elm, Loganville, GA 30052: On or about 05/01/2023, and at times prior the employer failed to inspect all electrical extension cords used to provide power to electric tools employees were using, in that a orange 100-ft. electrical cord was damaged and exposing the internal insulated energized wires. An inspection of these cords was not performed prior to the shift as these cords were not repaired or removed from service.
