Commercial construction located at 250 Arizona Avenue NE, Atlanta, GA 30307: On or about May 2, 2023, the employer exposed employees to ejection/ fall hazards of over 25 ft to the lower ground level, in that, an adequate fall arrest system was not provided while inside an aerial lift basket.
