29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  The employer was failing to protect employees from fall injuries. This was most recently documented on May 1, 2023 at a residential construction site located at 4543 South 203rd Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that employees working at a height greater than 6 feet from the lower level were not utilizing fall protection as required by this sub-part.
