29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:   Workplace located at 7096 W. Carnahan St., Springfield, Missouri- On or about April 27, 2023, two employees were seriously injured due to the employer not implementing specific procedures for isolating and blocking the Takeuchi TL 12 skid steer loader while performing maintenance and trouble shooting the machine.
