29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about May 4, 2023 the employer Lowery Building Solutions LLC, at worksite located at 5950 Bayshore Rd., Lakeside Marblehead, OH 43440, did not ensure employees were protected from falls while conducting residential framing construction activities on the third (roof) level of a residential single family home, while exposed to a fall of between approximately 25 feet or greater to the ground below.
