29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). Location: 42 Pine Vale Road, Waltham, MA; On or about 05/05/2023, The employer was not controlling the jobsite through frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite and the work being performed on it. Employer was also not checking employee working practices or equipment for safety and serviceability and allowed workers to perform roofing and framing activities without adequate fall protection, eye protection, or overhead falling object protection.
