On or about April 29, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee working underneath a second story concrete balcony which was being demolished and repaired, was not wearing a protective helmet to protect against falling materials and debris when the balcony collapsed onto the employee. The collapse resulted in life threatening injuries too and in-patient hospitalization of the employee.
