The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head.  (a) Location - 126 School Street, Groveland, MA  On or about 05/01/2022,  Employee was observed working on roof with shock absorbing lanyard connected at waist not at the center of the back as required by this standard and manufactures directions. Employee were able to walk beyond the edge of the roof exposing to fall hazards.
