29 CFR  1926.451(b)(5)(ii):The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilevered end.  (a) Location - 32 Flint Street, Marblehead, MA  On or about 05/05/2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 13 feet to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack's walking working surface that extended in excess of 18 inches over is support.
