29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a)  At the worksite, Minoa Lakes Drive, Minoa, NY 13116.  On or about May 5, 2023, an employee was engaged in framing work on top of the first story of a house, 12 feet from the ground.  The employer failed to ensure the employee was protected from falling by use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  b)  At the worksite, Minoa Lakes Drive, Minoa, NY 13116.  On or about May 16, 2023, employees were engaged in framing work on top of the first story of a house 12 feet from the ground.  The employer failed to ensure the employees were protected from falling by use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
