29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe: a) Residential construction located on Lot 131 269 Amber Meadow Braselton GA 360517, Front entrance: On or about 05/03/2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that the was a DeWalt and Makita circular saw was not properly guarded when engaged in cutting Hardie siding board. A wood shim was used to fix the lower guard in the upward position.
