29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) At the new residential construction at 184 Red Tail Circle Lot #164 Byron, GA 31008. On or about May 1, 2023, the employer exposed employees struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) At the new residential construction at 184 Red Tail Circle Lot #164 Byron, GA 31008. On or about May 1, 2023: the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 19 feet 6 inches to the lower ground level and approximately 9 feet 6 inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities using the trusses as walking/working surfaces.

29 CFR  1926.1051(a):Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:  a) At the new residential construction at 184 Red Tail Circle Lot #164 Byron, GA 31008. On or about May 1, 2023: the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately up to 11 feet to the lower level surface, in that a safe means of access to the upper level was not provided as employee used bracing nailed to the structure to access the upper and lower levels.
