29 CFR  1910.23(b)(10): Any ladder with structural or other defects is immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" or with similar language in accordance with �1910.145 and removed from service until repaired in accordance with �1910.22(d), or replaced;  a) Food Depot located at 3530 Hwy. 20, Conyers, GA 30013, Back stockroom: On or about 05/09/2023, the employer exposed employees to potential fall hazards of up to 10-feet while using a mobile safety ladder, in that the ladder was not tagged, removed, repaired or replaced, as the bottom leg had broken off exposing employees to fall hazards.
