29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) 1400 Penny Lake Dr. Lot 3 Semms, AL. On or about May 10, 2023. and at times prior; Employees installing trusses were exposed to fall hazards of 9 feet 3 inch to the ground below in that the employer failed to ensure fall protection was utilized.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a)  1400 Penny Lake Dr. Lot 3 Semms, AL. On or about May 10, 2023. and at times prior; The employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without first ensuring his employees were trained on the hazards associated with falls; to include but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection; exposing his employees to fall hazards of up to 9 feet 3 inches to ground below.
