29 CFR 1910.425(c)(1): Each surface-supplied air diver was not continuously tended while in the water: a. At the public and private boat docks located at, such as but not limited to Marco Island, FL: On or abut May 9, 2023, the employer exposed employees to drowning hazards, in that, employee was using a surface-supplied air compressor system while working underwater to clean the hull of a boat, during which time a dive tender was not continuously located at the dive location while the employee was in the water.
