Front Street, Philadelphia, PA. - The employer did not ensure that employees conducting framing operations from the 2nd floor of a residential construction building, approximately 10 feet from the ground level, were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system. Condition observed on or about May, 12, 2023.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) Jobsite located at 1350 N. Front Street, Philadelphia, PA. - The employer did not provide a training program for each employee conducting framing activities on a residential building and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards. Condition observed on or about May, 12, 2023.
