The employer was failing to protect employee(s) from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on May 12, 2023 at 16302 Timberlane Drive, Omaha, Nebraska. The employer did not ensure that employee(s) used fall protection while at a height greater than 9 feet.

This was most recently documented on May 12, 2023 at a residence located at 16302 Timberlane Drive, Omaha, Nebraska. The employer did not ensure employees exposed to fall hazards were trained to recognize the hazards of falling and in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.
