29 CFR  1926.451(g)(4)(i):    Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms on mobile scaffold(s) before being released for use by employees:  a)   On or about 05/11/2023, during the sealant and caulking  of the fuel station canopy, located at 4150 Buffalo Road, in Rochester, New York, the employer did not enforce the use of a mid-rail (chain gate) to ensure all open sides of a scissor lift were guarded to protect employees from exposure to fall hazards.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
