29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a.) At the jobsite, located at 1450 NW 38th Ave Ocala, FL 34482; on or about 5/12/23, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not provided for employees working on a roof at approximately 18 ft of a commercial building while conducting pressure washing and sheet metal patching and replacement operations.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(4)(i):Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes:  a.) At the jobsite, located at 1450 NW 38th Ave Ocala, FL 34482; on or about 5/12/23, the employer exposed employees to approximately 19 foot fall hazards, in that fall protection was not provided for employees working near skylights while conducting pressure washer and painting operations.

At the jobsite, located at 1450 NW 38th Ave Ocala, FL 34482 ; on or about 5/12/23, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that training in fall protection and the recognition the hazards from falling, was not provided for employees conducting roofing operations at approximately 19ft. while pressure washing, painting, replacing and patching metal sheeting for a commercial rooftop.
