(a) At Grandview Health Care Center, located at 618 Gennett Drive, Jasper, GA: The employer failed during calendar year 2023, to electronically submit information from their 2022 OSHA form 300A or equivalent by March 2, 2023. 29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  (a) At Grandview Health Care Center, located at 618 Gennett Drive, Jasper, GA: On or about March 16, 2023, two electrical panels in the 300 hall, were blocked with a Hoyer Patient Lift and an office chair.
