29 CFR  1926.652(b)(3)(iii): Tabulated data, identifying the registered professional engineer who approved the data, was not maintained at the jobsite during construction of the protective system.  After that time, that data was not made available to the Secretary when requested.  a) Lost Creek South Phase II: On or about May 16, 2023, the employer exposed employees cave-in hazards, in that the employer did not maintain at the jobsite the tabulated data related to trench boxes  used for excavation cave-in protection during construction of this protective system.
