29 CFR  1910.132(a):Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:  (a) Jobsite-May 17th, 2023, Biddle Road, Woodbury Township, PA : On or about May 17, 2023, the employees using gasoline powered chain saws to cut tree limbs were not protected from laceration hazards from the chain saw by wearing chaps.  (b) Jobsite-May 17th, 2023, Biddle Road, Woodbury Township, PA : On or about May 17, 2023, the employees using gasoline powered chain saws to cut tree limbs were not protected from wood chips, and shavings by the wearing of safety glasses.
