In the facility located at: 302 Cooley Street, Springfield, MA:  On or before May 17, 2023, the employer required employees to wear personal protective equipment to protect their hands from exposure to sharp objects and hot surfaces and the type of glove provided, assigned, and available for use (nitrile gloves) was not adequate for the task.

In the facility located at: 302 Cooley Street, Springfield, MA: On or before May 17, 2023, the employer required employees to wear personal protective equipment to protect their hands from exposure to sharp objects and hot surfaces and the type of glove provided, assigned, and available for use (nitrile gloves) was not adequate for the task.
