29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. On or about May 18, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing exterior masonry operations from a Haulotte 45XA aerial lift, twenty five (25) feet above the ground, was not wearing a personal fall arrest system, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
